A varied mixture of weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastics performed at high intensity.

The weightlifting is a technical class working on the power lifts (DL, Squat, Strict press etc) and the Olympic lifts (snatch and C+J).

Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a technical class focused on gymnastics stuff like pull up variations, rope climbs and ring work etc.

Team Workouts

Team Workouts are when everyone gets together, and works together through a series of challenging workouts.
